Its humble determination to unleash its potential to benefit millions of Students is now on the line to reach out to them by proposing unlimited and unconditional Scholarship for All Filipino Students. Let the Scholarship Program of the Government FLY HIGH, to let the Students Dream Become a Reality. Government objectives must be enhanced to obtain perfect Scholarship Program and to make it sustainable, attainable and accessible for everyone. PLATFORM OF GOVERNMENT The Scholarship Program of the Government should be modified by removing obstacles which limit its benefits to a selected few. A sincere reward based on the principle of Education for all Filipinos can be honestly shown by opening its door to all, regardless of final grades from high school and likewise, entrance examinations must be removed for scholarship acceptance. To endorse a law that will guarantee employment for every graduate such as opening of manpower services office for local and international applicants. To forcefully create a law that would allow the continuity of students ng masa to study not only in state colleges for free - but also in private colleges through Study now, Pay later as a second option and should be guaranteed and financed by the government. The source of funding will come from casino revenues and from liquor and cigarette taxes. EDUCATION DISCRIMINATION MUST BE STOPPED !!!! The SCHOLARSHIP NG MASA will do what it can in order to abolish the discriminatory rules that presently exist which gives disadvantages for the poor Filipino Students. We believe that human beings have their own characteristics, and everybody can excel if were given the chance for fair play in the field of education regardless of everyones class-standing. It has been proven by the worlds richest man Mr.Bill Gates of Microsoft - an undergraduate but multi-billionaire, and the late Mr.Steve Jobs of Apple Computers - an undergraduate but also a multi-billionaire. In other words, if those undergraduates became successful, how much more the average students who were given the chance for Scholarship Program and were able to finish college?
