MESSAGE!!!!!! first & Foremost We would like to say thanks to everyone who has been supporting and donating to the New Black Wall Street movement, we really appreciate those who have been supporting and sharing our post to keep this movement alive and trying to make New Black Wall Street into an reality. But we have to address some issues and concerns about the new black wall street movement. One of the reaccruing question we receive is why dont we have a financial plan and development plan? Well we dont have land to develop on as of yet to sit down with developers to develop the town or community we seek to invest in. We can easily sit down and have developers create a blueprint and visualization of a the future community we wish to have, but we dont even have the land to know how many acres we will be able to build on, how many residential homes or apartments will actually fit on the land that we seek to purchase, or how retail store fronts we could possibly fit within the community. So itll be a waste of time and money to develop a plan for land we dont actually have and well be selling dreams if we go that route. Also it doesnt seem logical for me develop a town or community not knowing how many acres of land the property will actually have or the condition of the foundation of the land we will be building on. As for finances go we havent even raised enough money to one purchase land, and two to see how much money well have left once the land is purchased to create a budget to finance the reconstruction and development of the land we obtain. Once we have enough money to purchase land and cover all the extra fees and taxes that may come with purchasing the land, we can give a break down on what we plan on doing with the remaining funds and what percentage will go towards materials for reconstruction and development, what percentage would go towards paying contractors to build the land, and what percentage will go towards getting the land inspected etc... So please dont get discouraged because you may not see an actual development or financial plan at this moment. We do understand and realize that these are necessities for this project, but would like to remain focused on the task at hand which is raising money collectively so that we can purchase land to establish a 21st century Black Wall Street. Also you may see some of these so called conscious pages on some of these social media platforms trying to undermine what we trying to do, just know we see and are reading the posts and comments. Keep up the coonery and trying to entertain your social media fans because we are not entertaining the negativity. The same people that have been making negative post about New Black Wall Street have been DONATING to New Black Wall Street. People can run behind the keyboard and talk negative but wont reach out to us to collectively come up with better solutions or plans so that we can make New Black Wall Street a reality. So like I ve stated we are not going to be a part of your circus show just so that you can entertain your social media fans, we are focusing on rebuilding our communities, building black economics and wealth. For you to try to spread negativity and undermine another black man and woman trying to do something positive for our race as an whole says a lot about yourself! So please do not let their foolishness discourage you from continuing to support and donating to the New Black Wall Street movement. One more thing I would like to address, is that we support and understand the movements of some of the organizations that have been reaching out to us, but we would like to remain focused on New Black Wall Street. It seems like most of the people and organizations that have been reaching out to us just want us to use the funds weve raised to sponsor or fund the project that they have established. So please if youre going to reach out to us, or want to network and build with us please let the reason for you reaching out to us be focused on building a New Black Wall Street. You have to understand that we are dealing with other people finances that donated to this cause and that would like to see the establishment of a New Black Wall Street.
