MICROSOFT WORD LESSON 1 - Introduction word processing is an art of using the computer to type, edit memo letter and document words in a most presentable and neat form into appropriate file which can be printed at any time there is need for it. the document to be printed is entered into the computer by use of the keyboard. As the typing is done the words are displayed on the computer screen( monitor) and at the same time stored on the storage device such as disk. the use of word processor enables users to amend or change information easily without having to retype the whole document. Changes on Margins can be made. It is possible to add more text, to delete some words, to correct spelling errors and move if necessary a whole Paragraph because of the capability of the computer
