MIDDAY PRAYER — ORACION DEL MEDIODIA Solemnity of the Birth of John the Baptist Solemnidad del Nacimiento de Juan Bautista Grant, we pray, almighty God, that your family may walk in the way of salvation and, attentive to what Saint John the Precursor urged, may come safely to the One he foretold, our Lord Jesus Christ. Who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. Dios todopoderoso, que suscitaste a san Juan Bautista, para que le preparara a Cristo un pueblo bien dispuesto, concede a tu pueblo el don de la alegría espiritual y guíanos por el camino de la salvación y de la paz. Por nuestro Señor Jesucristo, tu Hijo, que vive y reina contigo en la unidad del Espíritu Santo y es Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén.
