MIGHT need to sublet or re-assign my lease for November 1st, just putting it out there to see if it will be easy to do before I decide to move. it is a 2 bedroom in Nordic, $1300+ utilities. Max 2 tenants. no smoking, possibly 1 cat allowed (I have one but not sure if my landlord will let a new tenant have one.) MUST have references, and be willing to provide information for a credit check. My lease is until July, Im sure if the landlord likes you he will be willing to re-sign. the place is great, I just desperately want a dog and the landlord will not allow dogs.
