MILLIONAIRE BY AGE 30 I always feel embarrassed to reveal that by the time of my 30th birthday I already had a net worth in excess of $1 million dollars and an online business that was turning over 6-figures a year. This net worth of $1million is mostly made up of 4 properties that I own - I purchased those properties by good old fashioned saving - and also by generating extra cash on the side through a business to buy those properties in the first place.
