MINISTRY OF DEFENCE PM’s SPECIAL SCHOLARSHIP FOR J& K The above scheme is for sections of the society whose annual income is less than Rs 6 lacs per annum. The aim of this scheme is to provide quality education to the students of J&K -outside their State. The AICTE (All India Council Technical Induction) portal was opened for a short while up to 03 july 2014 and later extended to 10 july 2014.The portal is likely to be opened for 2-3 days around 20th july 2014. A lot of young boys / girls from far flung areas have been left out for doing their ON LINE REGISTRATION ,,,,for want of correct and timely information . The procedure for ON LINE REGISTRATION is as under - -The students have to go the nearby cyber cafe along with their pass port size photograph , mark sheets of 10th & 12th std , income certificate and go to the website -aicte-jk-scholarship.in ,,,,and click on -NEW REGISTRATION ,,,having uploaded their photograph and filled in the columns in the first page click on -SAVE &NEXT ,,,go to the 2nd page and fill the form ,,,after having filled the for take the print of this form and go the Principal , Govt Degree College of their District who will verify all the documents and put a seal and sign and also give the applicants copy which is part of the 2nd page of the form . The students should carry following original documents and their photocopies for verification by the Principal --Mark sheets of 10th & 12th std, income cert and State Subject /Domicile cert. After having done this process they shall be eligible for admission under the above scheme.
