Penelope Gonida Agenda: Bomareas 25th Anniversary (BOLJOON MIGRANT RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION) An Evolution of Diversity from Boljoon, Cebu PROJECT PROPOSED DETAILS 1/ Bus Service from Pier to Boljoon - Wednesday As form of service of Bomareas Board for its 25th Anniversary. Also to let Boljoanon feel the presence of Bomarea 2/ Airport Shuttle Service - Thursday Cebu Airport to South Terminal - due to variety of flights Option is Ferry since there is only one schedule of arrival 3/ Community Outreach - Thursday 1pm outreach program- will be giving away 500 pcs. eye glasses reading glasses priority would be Senior Citizens, but may also cater to other Boljoanon 4/ Mass Dance for Youth Group Competition - Cash and Trophy as Prize - Need to prepare letter addressed to different school principals seeking their participation 5/ Bomarea Night - with Participation of PPC (pageant - for approval) Schedule: November 8, 2014 - Saturday, 8:00pm Venue and Entrance Fee: Gym - Php 20.00 (Free entrance by 1:00am) Table Cost: 500 for 4 pax (Target Number of Tables: 60) - Will coordinate with Town Fiesta Comm. for the tables and chairs, otherwise, rental will be an option BOMARA NIGHT HIGHLIGHTS - Relaunching of Bomarea - Fashion Show - Rigodon - PPC project - Pageant Coronation - (tentative) Concerns on Bomarea Night: - Cleanliness and Maintenance of Rest Rooms - Fee per usage: Php 2.00 - Will hire 4 person (2 for Ladies and 2 for Gents Room) - for fee collection and maintenance - ensuring cleanliness and water supply as needed (check water and electricity prior to actual event) 6/ 3rd Meeting - Officers and Active Members General Meeting: October 25, 2014 (Tentative) Location: Casimiro Homes in time for Fiesta
