MISPLACED: Wow what an emotional read! A very well written, thought provoking book, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It made me sit and think about how I would feel if somebody I loved went missing, without a trace. I dont usually read this type of book, however Im glad I did. Adams mum pops out one evening for milk, and never returns home. The story follows Adam in the days, weeks and months following his Mums disappearance. It focuses on his school life and his best friends. Also his relationship with his new girl friend. Adam also has to cope with finding out something about his Father. It really tells the story of Adams emotional journey and how he finds closure.
