MISSING LAWN MOWER???? Quoted from a good citizen of Salida ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If anyone is missing a lawn mower black and green. It was pulled down Finney Rd.by an African American on a bike . He was observed by a good citizen entering a place on Adams off of Finney. Second house on right yellow with brown trim. They have seen this guy numerous times pulling a wagon full of stuff and riding his bike pushing another bike. He was riding a nice girls pink cruiser bike another day. His actions seem questionable .
