MJ Estate v Tohme Tohme – according to Ivy, the most recent court filing (September 2014) has shown that the court has separated out all of the claims from both parties and grouped them in two parts. The Probate court has been hearing the accounting and return of property requests, while the Labor Commissioner has been overseeing the matter of the three agreements between MJ and Tohme which the Estate requested to be cancelled.
