MJKO had an awesome year in 2014. We would like to highlight four people who went above and beyond to ensure that MJKO could continue to invest in the long term health and development of Torontos youth. Our biggest individual donors for 2014 for the fourth year in a row is was my parents - Brian and Patricia Jollymore. Thank you for not only believing in Ibrahim and me, but all the amazing youth we serve. Our second biggest individual donor for 2014 is certainly creating a legacy. This young professional is not even thirty years old yet. He is committed to creating change in Toronto while helping our youth succeed. A long time friend of Ibrahims, Marc Gaudett - thank you for your continuous support. You are making a difference. Our third biggest individual donor for 2014 is just 21 years old and the winner of the 2014 Rosedale Youth Impact Award. Anya Karir created and ran her own MJKO program this year called Hearing the Deaf. She donated a portion of your winnings to MJKO to help fund other programs that help the community. Lasty, a very special thank you to long time MJKO volunteer, coach and grant writer, Jaime Burke. This women is always trying to live life to the fullest but to also give back. Jaimie this year decided she would climb Africas largest peak Mount Kilimanjaro in a attempt to raise funds to help support MJKOs free programs for youth. Not only did she make it to the top, she raised a monstrous $4,596.88 (after all fees). WOW!! MJKO is just so humbled by the amazing people who love and support our charity. From the bottom of our heart. Best of luck in 2015! Thank you.
