MMM - Sunday 26 January 2014 Last weekend of January already! And Winter still has a trick up its sleeve…after mild if wet and windy weather this week we should see the coldest daytime figures of the Winter so far - ranging from 4 to 7 celsius. Quite a shock after recent weeks…Before we get there another wet, windy one for us today (Sunday) so what better way to spend it but to snuggle up together and relax to another beautiful Mellow Moment? This is a beautiful track by that great Japanese composer Ryuichi Sakamoto who collaborated with the likes of David Bowie and Japan in the 80s… Great music for taking part in Elaines big Garden Birdwatch alongside the RSPB. Today Ive seen a song thrush of all things, a robin, a jay and many of those pesky pigeons and magpies! I also hear on the grapevine that sparrows are making a comeback.
