MOJO BOWL ANNOUNCEMENT We are excited to share some wonderful news. It has been our sincere privilege to serve our loyal customers over the past three years and our menu items keep winning MOJO fans. Our food truck began operating in July 2011. The food truck has enabled us to launch and build our brand, test our concept, and build a loyal following. We value all of our time as a food truck, but it was always our heart to someday morph into a brick and mortar cafe. Well, that time has finally arrived and we are thrilled to be taking off our training wheels. MOJO BOWL is becoming a brick and mortar cafe in the Student Union at Grand Canyon University (GCU) in Phoenix. This is a huge opportunity for us thanks to GCU bringing us on as a new on-campus vendor alongside other national brands. We’re eager to grow our business but it is likewise bittersweet to announce that we are fully ceasing our food truck operation. Our last day as a food truck will be Food Truck Friday on August 15 at PHX Public Market. We realize that shutting down our food truck might cause sadness among our many fans however we must focus all of our time, energy, and resources into the new store. This is stepping stone in our journey and we hope to keep spreading our MOJO and grow beyond this first store at GCU. As owner and founder of MOJO BOWL, I cannot THANK YOU enough for loving our menu items and supporting us over the past three years. YOU are the reason we have been successful. Its been wonderful meeting and getting to know so many faces as regular customers and over time, coming to know many of you by name. So now we begin a new chapter with many more faces to meet. Its great to serve food that people love, but its even better to connect with people. And if our food helps folks get their MOJO...all the better. Thank you kindly everyone and I hope our paths cross again. The Grand Opening of our new store at GCU will be announced soon. Grand Canyon University is located at 33rd Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix. #livebowldly #fuelyourbodyandsoul
