MONASH LSS PAPER PRESENTATION COMPETITION The final LSS competition of 2014 is being held tonight! The Paper Presentation competition gives students the chance to put together a presentation on a legal essay written in their law studies, and answer questions about their chosen topic from a judge. Three of the best LLB papers have been selected to present in the final: Nicholas McMaster: Adventurous seeds: The effect of legal liability on the cultivation of GMOs in Australia Nikita Matchado: Cyber-Bullying: Does it warrant criminal classification?” Ashikin Aziz: Whether the duty of confidentiality in International Commercial Arbitration is an unwarranted assumption Please come down to the Monash Law Chambers in the CBD tonight to support these finalists.
