MONDAY, 17TH MARCH 2014 YOU HAVE IT ALL “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,” GAL 5:22 . Have you ever found yourself needing some love or joy? Or have you been so troubled that you seek peace like a jewel? The good news is that you already have this fruit resident in your spirit man. Isn’t it amazing that this scripture reads the fruit of the spirit and not the fruits of the spirit? This implies that he wasn’t talking about the plurality of fruit. It must therefore mean that we are looking at a very different type of fruit here. A single fruit with 7 tastes glory to God! that means once you have the holy spirit in you that is a multi-dimensional spirit that enables you to exhibit this seven supernatural flavors. When you gave your life to Christ, you were actually recreated. This new man was created with a special kind of seed 1 Pet 1:23 “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever”. This seed is so special that it springs forth one fruit with many flavors! Child of God, the seed of the word of God in your Spirit brings forth love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness and faith. That’s why it doesn’t matter how rough you have been in the past; there is a seed that produces gentle fruit inside you! Get to the word.
