We have a tsunami coming in the form of aging Baby Boomers (people born between 1946 and 1964) and it will have a great effect on many aspects of our lives in Canada. One of those areas will surely be real estate. Many of the Boomers today are living in single detached homes, but what happens if and when they decide to move out of these homes and downsize to something smaller and easier to manage?
