MONTSERRAT ELECTIONS 2014: Update - AM - Friday 12th September ****Breaking News: Today Friday September 12th declared a public holiday in Montserrat. His Excellency the Governor of Montserrat Mr Adrian Davis has declared today Friday September 12th a public holiday. The declaration was reported during the ongoing live coverage of the vote and ballot count on ZJB/Radio Montserrat following Thursdays general election in which the Peoples Democratic Movement (PDM) appeared headed for a certain victory.
