MORNING TEA: Psalms 92:1 It is a GOOD THING to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High. It is clearly stated in the above text that a Thanks-giver is a doer of good thing. This implies that anybody that fails to give thanks to God for whatever reasons is doing bad thing. Has it ever crossed your mind that it is a risk not to give God thanks? Failure to give God thanks attracts a curse. It turns a blessing to a curse. God says If ye will not hear, and if ye will not lay it to heart, to give me glory...I will even send a curse upon you, and I will curse your blessings...(Mal.2:2). I pray that you will not be a victim of curse in Jesus Name. What is thanksgiving? Its understanding will help to make the most use of it. It is acknowledging God as The One behind every good thing in your life. Never ascribe any achievement no matter how little it is to your connection, hard work or smartness. When you fail to give God thanks for every good things around you, you simply assume to be the doer. It is a risk to fail in your thanksgiving. This is because, you will be exposed to attack of the devil. When you thank God for His Finger, He will show you His Hand. Jesus gave thanks for at least the availability of the 5 loaves and two fishes and the fullness of bread that could feed more than 5,000 men came (John 6:5-13). He gave thanks to God for the answered prayers and the one yet altered at the grave of Lazarus, and the dead came back to life. When you thank Him for the little, He will do more. He always shows Himself to those who are good. One of the way to prove you are good is by thanksgiving. It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD... When you genuinely give Him thanks for what He has done, you are simply reminding Him for the remainder. Your wholeness is tied to your thanksgiving! A man who cannot be grateful will be a great-fool. Rise and give Him quality thanks!!!
