*MOTIVATIONAL STORY ALERT* So our team member Sam Cheek is taking part yet again in our charitys Cycle Fusion tomorrow for another grewling 65mile ride - 2 years ago you might remember our CEO Jenna and her on the pink tandem riding the London-Brighton Night Ride for BHF. youtu.be/x-BzpZ2N1L4 Shortly after this ride Jenna broke her ankle badly and Sam was is agony with her back and had just been diagnosed with Degenerative Disc Disease - basically at 24 she was told she had the back of an 80 year old frail woman..... Both were out injured not able to work or do gymnastics (how they met and both coach!) run, jump, walk and some days even get up out of bed.... Not only did it effect them both physically but was mentally detrimental too. TODAY Jenna is still ruled out and recovering BUT Sam has stepped up, back training, working hard with a new positive outlook on life and ready to battle through tomorrows ride in aid of Community Fusion! We could not be more proud of how far she has come and how hard she has fought to be in this position. Despite her condition she remains positive and encourages many people to get involved not only in the charity gaining skills through volunteering but helping mentally prepare people just in life using her experiences.... Sam should be an inspiration to many others too - We want to wish her all the best for tomorrow and will be supporting her (from our car!!) all the way!!!!
