MOTORCYCLE SAFETY TRAINING The Motorcycle contract award selection has been made. The new contract award period begins on Nov 3, 2014. The Government Purchase Card (GPC) is available on a case by case basis to enable command activities to procure commercially available motorcycle classes during the interim period before start of new contract. The GPC, however, will not be available after contract is awarded. SF-182 form submission to Alicia Harkins, Navy Traffic Safety (Motorcycle) Program Manager (email address: [email protected]), is required for requests by command activities seeking to purchase commercially available MSF-approved motorcycle classes for military personnel offered in the local area. SF-182 submissions must be filled out by the commercial vendor that is offering the motorcycle class, digitally signed by command Motorcycle Safety Representative (MSR) that is requesting the class, and forwarded to Alicia Harkins for approval and processing (Note: SF-182 information requested in Section A, Block numbers 2-5 containing personally identifiable information is not required and should remain blank). Approved SF-182 forms authorizing payment for vendor services will be returned to the requesting activity MSR so that individual students can take their respective form to the class.
