MOVIE REVIEW: Noah is the movie based (very loosely) on the biblical tale of Noahs Ark. The movie stars Russell Crowe, Jennifer Connelly, Ray Winstone, Emma Watson, and a sprinkle of Anthony Hopkins in there for taste. It starts out fast and stays that way throughout, rarely will you see me say a 2 hour movie was too short but this one really was. Outside of Noah and Ila (Emma Watson) there really wasnt enough time for character development. Over all I liked the movie, the visual FX were great (especially in IMAX) and the acting was great from the 3 main characters. I also liked how they Hollywood the story a bit, changing it up just enough to keep my attention. It is not an Epic like they are trying to say it is but it does give enough drama and love to keep the ladies happy and enough bashed skulls for the LOTR fan that exists in ever man. Sooooo WHAT SAY YOU G!!!!! I say dont go in expecting to get a bible lesson nor the great battle scenes of a movie like the Gladiator. Go expecting great visuals, good acting(from most) and a familiar story with a twist and you will be fine.
