MQ. Mq- i really dont know what to do anymore. I have always had problems with my temper and getting frustrated easily. But after i had my daughter last year it has become WAY worse! I feel like km not a good mother right now because i let my 1 year old cry for almost an hour yesterday because i was frustrated. I lash out at my bf of 8months almost everyday.. Idk if i need counseling or what but this has to stop! Any of you mommies have any suggestions or ever felt like this?
