(Naples) And stepped behind signaling, in a situation of abuse to the detriment of a dog held out to a balcony. They did the authorities intervene but the situation has not changed and, driven by the instinct to do the right thing without waiting for the inevitable, tried to rescue the poor creature ..... Result ?? !!!! E was arrested with a part of his family and processed for summary !!!!!! ... ... I have no words .... no solidarity from the neighborhood ... a night of detention ... a process probably still going on ... The dog was permanently closed off the balcony without water or food ...
