** MSC RADAR UPDATE FOR CENTRAL DISTRICTS AND VICTORIA, 11.45AM SUNDAY ** - Nick - Isolated moderate to heavy rain is still continuing to affect the central districts ( Melbourne ).Melbourne will be Cloudy at times. Showers with local hail possible, easing at night. Winds west to southwesterly 25 to 35 km/h decreasing to 15 to 20 km/h in the late evening. Victoria will see Showers near and south of the ranges, tending more isolated over the northwest. Local hail possible in the west and south. Isolated thunderstorms near the Gippsland and Central coast. Snowfalls above 1000m, lowering to 800 metres at night.
