MSM BLAST - Good Natured Café 209 S. Raleigh St. Martinsburg, WV Our Zen Moment The last several weeks have truly been difficult - trying to keep the store viable while the cafe construction moves at an unbearably slow pace. We are still waiting on the counter-tops which hopefully will be shipped to Good Natured sometime next week. The install will most likely take at least another week, maybe two. My staff is really concerned about the store sales and justifiably so. We have unavoidable bills like the electric, payroll taxes, unemployment taxes, workmans compensation and property taxes. If the store does not do well than those bills cannot be paid. It is the shaky ground that a small business rests upon. I had budgeted for the renovations, but not the virtual standstill of our store sales. Having this shop and cafe has never been a money making venture. So I am asking for your help in the coming months. If you value this business and what it offers to our community please continue to shop here. So many people see that the cafe is closed and simply turn away. Come inside and do some serious shopping. Come have tea and a dessert or a beer and chips. I feel guilty for asking for your financial support, but I would feel even more guilty if I did not let you know what is happening here. This is the reality that we face. Reflect on how you can help.
