MSSN Amira, Aisha Adewole, Abdul-Raheem Lawal to Celebrate Love Jan. 17 By Our Reporters The celebration of love streak of the most vibrant branch, Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (MSSN) Lafenwa/Sabo, continues as the branch Amira, Sister Aisha Oluwaseun Adewole and its Treaurer, Brother Abdul-Raheem Olusegun Lawal will be wedding on Saturday 17th January, 2014. The long-awaited nikah will be happening at Old Oyo National Park, Isokun, Iseyin road, Oyo, Oyo State. Very fortunately, the would-be couple are currently serving as executive members of the undoubtedly most influencial branch. Since the current executive cabinet was inaugurated on 16th March, this year, they will be the sixth and seventh excos to celebrate Nikah. Many thanks to Allah, who takes charge of all the affairs of man. Saheed Bankole wedded Mutiat Alao, Abdul Fatah Thalis wedded Sister Bilqiz, while Abdul Shakur Abodunrin wedded Haharah Adelanwa, all between a period of nine months. Meet the Couple: Introducing a well-to-do personality - bride - Aisha, a native of Ogun State, Abeokuta, Ijaye to be specific, was born, milked, bred, and buttered in Oyo town of oyo State. Her education - She attended Olivet Nursery & Primary School and Maradesa Memorial Nursery & Primary School respectively, all in pace-setter state - Oyo. She had her secondary education at the Federal Government Girls College, Oyo. An ideal Muslim woman, she bagged B.A in Islamic Studies at the well known University of Ilorin - Better by far - Kwara state in 2010. She had her NYSC scheme at Crescent University, Abeokuta with the 2010/2011 set. Scouting for her career, she is currently driving towards M.A. Islamic Studies at the nations premier University of Ibadan, in same Oyo. At the same time, gainfully employed, she works at Crescent University as an Admin Officer 1. We present to you the bride and our own Amira, who by the virtue of her personality and active role, has significantly benefited the cause of Islamic dawah in the state. Introducing the groom - Mr. Lawal - as popularly called, also a native of Ogun, specifically Ijebu-Ode had his primary education and secondary education at Ansar-ur-deen School II and Ansar-ur-deen School, Ijebu-Ode respectively. Higher education - He finished from well-known Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) in 2009 with HND in Business Studies. He served as an NYSC corps member in Akwa-Ibom State at Adadia Secondary School, Uruan Loca Government, Uyo, the state capital between 2010 and 2011. Also rooting for the peak of his career, he heralds BSc in view - Business Administration a the nations premier Tai-Solarin University of Education, Ijebu-Ode. Currently, he works at Peace Foundation Group of International Schools, Abeokuta. The new love bees met under the auspices of Islamic dawah through MSSN in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. In a seperate chat with the duo, Mr. Lawal stated, I have always had the belief in whatever Allah has predestined. Aside this, I am aslo happy for the fact that the event I had been dreaming is gradually coming to hold. Expressing gratittude to Allah, he said, Sincerely, I appreciate Allah for this because, He is the only one who knows what is better for His slave and the best time to have it. We thank Allah for everything. The bride, in her own submission, showed very much appreciation to Allah for sparing her life and others till the moment. Although the bride makes every point of hers clearly, she is meticulously reserved. Reflection - And one of His signs is that He created mates for you from yourselves that you may find rest in them, and He put between you love and compassion; most surely there are signs in this for a people who reflect. The best of goodness for a man after the Taqwa of Allah is a pious wife, if he commands her she makes him happy, if he takes on oath vouching for her, she upholds him, and when he is away from her, she guides herself (her chastity and his wealth) (Sahih Bukhari).
