#MSwx - Good Morning Mississippi! Were entering day number 9 of the Great Mississippi Sunshine Streak of 2014 with a long way to go before that streak is broken. Temperatures are in the low-50s and upper 40s this morning, a little warmer than yesterday, but not by much. With mostly clear skies, temperatures will once again rise quickly into the upper-70s across the state and some areas could even see the 80s again this afternoon. A few clouds will build in Thursday morning but that should have little effect on the Partial Solar Eclipse well have a chance to see this Thursday. The eclipse will start at 4:59 PM and peak by 5:57 PM. The event will end at 6:18 PM when the sun sets. There are still no rain chances for the entire 8-Day Forecast but we could finally see our first chance for rain by the middle of next week, although chances are slim. Enjoy the sunshine!
