MUKTODHARA provides the following service and support to the unprivileged children : 1) Free coaching to all students from class 1 to class 12 by qualified teachers for each subject, who render voluntary service. 2) Books, copies, pen, pencil, and all other requirements for studies are supplied to all children absolutely free, as a result of which MUKTODHARA could save many children from child-labour and child-marriage and involve them into studies. 3) A library of books including reference books as well as books on other topics. 4) Practice and training of extra-curricular activities , such as, singing , recitation, drawing are provided without any remuneration. There are provision for few indoor games and planning for outdoor games for the students. 5) These unprivileged children are deprived of balanced diet and as a result many are suffering from malnutrition and deficiency disease. MUKTODHARA provides medical assistance to the children as much as possible. 6) Certain awareness programme is also practised. The above mentioned activities need economic infrastructure and financial support which MUKTODHARA does not have yet. Still MUKTODHARA continues its work with some personal aid and hard work of Indrajit Maji..... MUKTODHARA succeeded in bringing precious smile to the unprivileged little faces. MUKTODHARA approached MONER KATHA MON KHULE- MKMK for support and assistance. We, the members of MKMK, visited MUKTODHARA near Balichak station at Pashchim Midnapore, where Indrajits small cottage and his dream MUKTODHARA beside his bedroom were awaiting us...... IF THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY.....this is what young Indrajit made us feel.........we were overwhelmed to see how this young man made IMPOSSIBLES, POSSIBLE . We request all fb friends to come to MUKTODHARA and see their effort. Let us all provide strenghth and support to Indrajit and his co-workers. MKMK shall provide support to this noble activity. Our programme at MUKTODHARA will be held on 21/10/14 , Tuesday. Contribution of MKMK to MUKTODHARA : 1) Text books and reference books of class 11 and class 12 of all subjects of science and humanities and exercise books (as enlisted by MUKTODHARA). 2) A harmonium for music class of students. 3) A music system 4) A carrom board, badminton net, cricket set for indoor and outdoor games. 5) Arranging a general health checkup by two doctors and providing necessary medicines. Arrange for treatment of some suffering from deficiency disease due to malnutrition. 6) To arrange a lunch for all. We, on behalf of MKMK, request all facebook friends to extend your kind hands.....
