MUNICIPAL RESOLUTION NO.01-2013 RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR SHEILA ANN CAMILLE PAGAL OF BRGY.CALAPUGAN, NATIVIDAD, PANGASINAN FROM HON. MATEO C. BRIONES AMOUNTING TO TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2,000.00) AND HON. IMELDA R. LIBERATO AMOUNTING TO FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 5,000.00) OUT OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES. ***Sponsor: Councilor Imelda R. Liberato*** WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan of Natividad is on the scheme of intensifying its governance and fast delivery of basic services to the constituents; WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Bayan intensifies its development thru the different projects and contributions in all the Barangays and Agencies in Natividad to realize the dream for upliftment and advancement; WHEREAS,the Sangguniang Bayan decided to take from their “Other Maintenance and Operating Expenses” to cover up the expenses and other financial assistance to its constituents; NOW THEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, on motion of Mun.Coun.Imelda R. Liberato and duly seconded by all the members present, it was, RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by the Sangguniang Bayan Members of Natividad in its session assembled a RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR SHEILA ANN CAMILLE PAGAL OF BRGY. CALAPUGAN, NATIVIDAD, PANGASINAN FROM HON. MATEO C. BRIONES AMOUNTING TO TWO THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 2,000.00) AND HON. IMELDA R. LIBERATO AMOUNTING TO FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP 5,000.00) OUT OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OTHER MAINTENANCE AND OPERATING EXPENSES. RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnished to concerned offices for their information.
