MUST BE READ PROJECT this project dedicated to all my female friends i have made safety tracker device for all the women to outdoor safety read the first look.. DURATION= dECEMBER 2011 to AUGUEST 2013 OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT • The main objective of this project is to employ a device for the safety of women. • Seeing the rising cases of crime against women in our country like rape, snatching, eve-teasing and molestation, it is necessary to have a device that can guarantee their safety at any place and time. • Moreover, the biggest problem that the women incur is that the information of any crime reaches police after the crime is done. So, now the police become liable just to look out for the justice for the victim but are not able to save her at the right time. • So, there is really a need to have a project like ours for the safety for women ABOUT THE PROJECT • Our project constitutes of a small bracelet or an ornament consisting a tracker that can be easily worn by a woman on her wrist or neck. • The device will consist of a microphone and a small camera too. • To activate, the device will consist of a button that when pressed once activates the microphone and the camera, and when pressed twice signal will be sent to the police for help. WORKING OF PROJECT • The tracker will be connected to the satellite and will track the position of the woman at every time and place. • Whenever she will be in any problem, she can press the button on her jewelry twice to activate the microphone and camera to start recording and sending help signal to the police. • Once the device is activated, the voice and video signal will be sent to the nearly police station. Also, the location of the women will be sent. • This way, the police will get informed at the right time and the right action can be taken immediately to save the women at right time. • Also, if the woman is unable to press the button twice, and presses it only once, then if the camera is on for more than 10 minutes, automatic signal will be sent to police, as soon as the limit of 10 minutes is exceeded. Also, the recording of 10 minutes would be saved and will be sent to the e-mail id of the user.
