MUST READ: URGENT FOR ALL & SPECIALLY MEDIA PERSONS: A few electronic media have reported that “I am booked for attempt to murder and rioting” and also put the same as headline. First of all, I can see either a great blunder on reporters part or intentional attempt to project me with negative shades which is very likely part of a conspiracy. On 24.07.2010, the session Court had accepted the closure report filed by the CBI where it gave me clean chit for the second time. Thereafter on 10.04.2013, the ASJ set aside the closure report of the CBI and directed the CBI to further investigate new witnesses which popped up after 29 years. Therefore, under section 401 (2), which says “No order under this section shall be made to the prejudice, of the accused or other person unless he has had an opportunity of being heard either personally or by pleader in his own defence” I filed a protest petition in the Delhi High Court against the ASJ’s order. The Delhi High Court issued notices to both the CBI and the complainant to submit their replies within 4 weeks and set the final hearing date for 18 September 2013. I further submitted my plea in the Hon. Supreme Court which was rejected today on grounds that since the case is already pending in the High Court and final hearing date has been fixed, the Hon. Supreme Court is not going to intervene unless the case is over in High Court. But a few electronic media announced Judgment on me and framed charges of Attempt to murder and rioting which no Court of India did to me. I don’t understand why such sinister moves are being done against me. I want to know, is it deliberate or a blunder?
