MUST SEE: This is the most eye opening documentary I have watched this year.....please please watch & share......this is part 1.... there are two more and I will post links in the comments section........unbelievable!! While I was aware several Africans fought in the world wars, I didnt know that if not for the African soldiers as well as African American soldiers coming to the rescue, there would be no France today. Sad to see how Africans were urged to volunteer & fight world wars for France with promise of citizenship, only to be dumped back in Africa after the war......Britain did the same thing with Kenyans, promising us land back and jobs ( in our own country) if we fought the wars for them, which of course did not happen, but then these returned soldiers didnt let it go.....they formed the Mau Mau. Anyways, watch the documentary...
