In the video, the Minister of Knesset sharply attacks Israels right wing politicians, saying, Youre scared because in the past two years we have exposed your corruption. We have exposed how, behind your mask of ideology, you took the money of the Israeli public, the tax money that the public worked so hard for, and passed it on to your friends. Dont preach to us about Zionism, Shaffir continued, because real Zionism means dividing the budget equally among all the citizens of the country. Real Zionism is taking care of the weak. Real Zionism is solidarity, not only in battle but in everyday life. Had Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu written Hatikvah [the national hymn] it would have to be called the hymn of despair, Shaffir said.
