#MUST_READ_AND_SHARE The Suicidal Teen Hello everyone, This post is for those teenagers who have EVERY OTHER PROBLEM in their lives. Almost every teenager, specially girls sound depressed to the core and their pet dialogue is saari problems meri life m hi kyu hain?. This is for those teenagers who believe that popping sleeping pills or cutting veins is the only way-out to every petty issue in life. Yes, they do talk a lot about suicide. Youre just 15 and youre crying cause your LOVER flirts with other girls and you cant stand the hurting. Have you ever, by any chance thought about an orphan girl, even younger than you, who sheds her tears helplessly, every night cause she miss the touch of her mother and she doesnt have a father to protect her from all the evil in this world. Cry, if your tears are more meaningful than hers. You lock yourself in a room and hurt yourself cause you didnt score that well in exams. Look at a poor kid who walks past your school every day and wishes that he was one of you. Youre shattered cause your best friend is prettier than you and she gets more attention. Let me remind you of a blind girl of your age who lost the right to see this world at the very moment of her birth. While you are planning to take sleeping pills cause your father didnt allow you for a late night party, a kid who works as a house servant is being beaten in that house cause he tried to feel like a kid by switching on the TV to watch cartoons. You cry here cause you feel you deserve more love than you get, some girl cries there cause she was raped at an age she didnt know what RAPE meant. At the age of 15, you cut your veins just because your father wont let you marry the guy you have been planning to marry since you were 13. Think about the girls who are forced to marry any random guy at young age of 14-15 and get killed cause they are worthless without dowry. The biggest problem in your life is that your father is not buying BMW and so you are supposed to travel in a Hyundai. There lives a kid, some miles away from your home, who spends her nights empty stomach and still keeps on living and doesnt complain. You curse your life, but are you not luckier to be alive than the female child who took birth in the ward next to you but got killed cause she was a FEMALE? Always remember, the life you hate is a dream life for many kids, trust me. They would be more than happy to be in your place for one day. They might be poor and weak in your eyes, but I believe they are much wealthier than you cause they have their priceless courage & strength to face the actual downfalls of life. Their hopes and their innocence is what makes them an inspiration. Aspiring the prosper & successful people, youll understand how to become rich, but you cant strengthen your soul, you cant be a human without deriving inspiration from the people who are less fortunate. For you, happiness means luxuries, attention, freedom, hot boyfriends. Whereas for them, happiness means satsified stomach, a hand of affection on their head, playing in rains. I have seen the innocence in their smiles when someone helps them and I have seen the pain in their tears when they are treated like animals. But despite all the tears, all the pain and all the sorrows, they just dont give up on their lives. They keep on living with an eternal hope of change. You have guts to think about killing yourself, but dont have guts to rise above and help yourself? I want each one of you to look at the contrasting lives and decide how you want to live, with tears in your eyes or wiping the tears of others? Ruining your own lives or helping others live their lives the way they deserve? Stop feeling pity for your lives for most of what you have is to be cherished.
