MV Spitfire 6 min. · the Faroe Islands The Danish Court in the Faroe Islands has ruled that the seizure of the British registered Sea Shepherd vessel Spitfire was illegal. The Spitfire has been ordered returned to Sea Shepherd U.K. The Prosecutor has appealed the courts decision and the court will decide tomorrow to accept or reject the appeal. The Faroe Islands police presently hold four Sea Shepherd boats. 1. Spitfire. 2. Loki. 3. B.S. Sheen. 4. Mike Galesi. Sea Shepherd expects all the boats will be released as the charges are minor punishable by relative small fines and the boats are worth considerably more than the fines. Sea Shepherd will be pushing the issue of the deportation of Europeans from the Faroes with the European Parliament. Sea Shepherd will also be challenging the European Parliament to demand compliance with European regulations protecting cetaceans as a condition for the Faroes to continue receiving subsidies from the European Union. .. yea you can try sea shepherd Like
