MY CHALLENGE: I am not functioning on very much sleep. I came across a VA medical record written by Dr. James Couch from OKC VA medical center on an EEG that stated this, Hyperventilation was done and did alter the background by: the basic occipital frequency is 9-10 hz activity with a prominent low voltage 18-23 hz background seen throughout the record which probably represents medication effect due to sedative/tranquilizer medications. This part was done on 12 March 2014... but wait.. Dr. Jackass... dont I have emails from you and PA Walker where I was on no medicine? Yes I do... Oh ya.. what about video from Oklahoma County Sheriffs Office where I turned in ALL medicine when they said you could. I was late as ususal but the lady at the window in Del-City showed me where I could drop them... So tell me old man how could I be on sedative/tranquilizer meds? Oh yes, didnt Dr. Geetha do blood work on me to check levels and everything was zero... yes I remember because my buddy Ginny Branam Lee went over the blood work with me... Photic stimulation was done and did alter the background by: there are occasional medium voltage sharp waves seen focally in the left mid- and posterior temporal regions. These are usually single sharp waves, however, an occasional run of sharp waves at 7-9hz and lasting 300-600msec is seen such as at 33:21 and 42:11 into the record. Rare medium voltage focal sharp waves are seen in the right mid- and posterior temporal region. The left sided activity is usually of medium voltage but rare medium- high voltage complexes are seen. All EEGs from 2007 till now show the same thing but yet OKC VA refuses to treat.. Because most of these whatever you want to call them act up when I am sleep deprived ... in 2010 they took my healthcare away, told me lies... a PA Shannon Moser-Thomas increased my seizure med citing that I could go into something called status epilepticus. Now they refuse to treat me? On VHA page last night I said I will not sleep till I get the treatment I need... if I die, I die... it will be by their hand.. now we know why I lost my healthcare... because money was more important than healthcare....
