It’s more than a studio – it’s a social outlet where you leave the stress behind and experience a sense of fun and self-expression. We have opportunities for part time or full time independent Sales Representatives. Bilingual and entry level candidates welcome. You will work with hosts to book painting parties with an artist to guide party guests through a process of recreating a work of art, while adding their own stroke of individuality. JOB DESCRIPTION Skill Summary: Drive and self-motivation to sell company product Must have an entrepreneurial outlook Demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude Confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone or in person Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management Experience in Commission Sales preferred but not required Sales Representative Job Functions: Over all responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs to meet and exceed your self-determined sales quota. Interacting and presenting directly to the consumer Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills Developing new relationships Prospecting and networking with prospective clients Managing your sales activities and scheduling Desire to set your own schedule and ability to work evening and weekend hours when necessary Compensation: Position is strictly commission based.
