MY FAVOURITES: The following are some inconsequential things about me which I often get asked. To avoid repetition, here are my general favourites: Favourite colour is lime green. Favourite food is green leafy salad with a basic vinaigrette of olive oil and lemon juice. I also like freshly baked bread with butter, gourmet burgers with skinny rosemary fries and slow cooked lamb shank with mashed potatoes and baked or steamed vegetables. I also love fried or roasted ripe plantain with beans stew. My mums beans stew is the best. My favourite dessert is fruit salad. I also like fruit crumble/pie with custard. My favourite drink is still water. I also like sparkling water and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices.
