MY LITTLE GIRL HAS BEEN FOUND! After running away from home and being in the wild for 5 days, she was found! I posted close to 20 flyers around my neighborhood and was promptly instructed by the homeowners association to take them down! If only I could explain to them how imperative my mission was, then maybe they could let it slide. But no such luck. Being ever so determined, I left one flyer at the keypad entrance to our neighborhood and one on the wall in between the bathrooms in the park, close to where she was lost. They can kiss my ass if they think that Im not going to keep trying! At 9:14 p.m. On October 20th, 2014, I received a call that someone may have located the missing feline. My good old Pop was the first to arrive at the scene and brought her home safely. I arrived at home shortly thereafter. Only after I had a few moments to check her for injuries and welcome her home with some heavy petting, did I start to convulse and cry uncontrollably!! I hugged my father like I was 5 years old and couldnt keep my eyes off of her as she scouted around the house once again. Now that Ive simmered down, I tried to find a word to describe how Im feeling. Although there are many phrases that get the point across, I still could not find a single word that would convey my emotions. I now realize that I love my baby girl more than I ever thought was possible. Thank you to Brendalynn and Katy for choosing the scrawny, flea-bitten outcast of a kitten so many years ago. Its official. Im a cat person. -- (^.^) Feeling overwhelming relief
