MY NEW RANT! Why are the families of Malaysian Airlines filing suit against Boeing?! I understand that people express their grief in many different ways. That I cant possibly comprehend the depth and scope of the pain that these people are experiencing under the specter of not having any meaningful closure. However I cannot accept the trend of blaming a manufacturer of a product when someone is injured or killed by it when that product is used in exactly the manner it was designed to do. Exception naturally when it is proven some kind of faulty construction. And in this case that certainly hasnt been shown to the case. In fact no conclusion can be drawn since they cant even find the plane. Now there is also another issue connected to this tragic event that is another annoying trend. Lawyers who use victims to advance their personal careers during times of unbelievable tragedy. Like those who sued Smith & Wesson because some psycho blew their kids head off. Like those doing the same thing with Boeing. Was Boeing flying the 777? Did they screw up the search for the missing flight? Did they make things worse by keeping the grieving families in the dark about what was known about their missing loved ones? No! Until otherwise Boeing has zero fault in this incident! And its an utter disservice to those families with these ridiculous distractions! But it seems to me that lawyers see and know exactly where the money is! Why not file on God or say the church since arent these things called, ...an act of God?! Or maybe since He in essence manufactured the Earth and everything in/on it He is responsible for this tragic situation! No really thats not as much a leap in logic as it first sounds. Think about it!
