MY OBITUARY I was seldom in need and big on earth, I was ostentatious like there was no death. I had everything I want, Food,clothes and million pants. To whom much is given the say, Much is expected he should lay. My wealth on the poor mans platter? No I cant do that even with a flatter. I passed through the good and bad, Now am happy,later am sad. I always dreamnt of being philanthropic, To help those living catastrophic. I started well and good, I practiced giving my mood, To the poor and the needy, To aid the less privileged?Am ready. By and by I became wealthy, Everyone loved me every lady, Then I became supercillious, Good to me now sounded superstitious. Acquainted with the political table manners, I forgot that with the poor I onced shared my manna, In abundance was food in my abode. Every pleasure was with me not abroad. All I do is sit and enjoy, Money is my toy. But even as I persisted, Doing bad I accepted. Then the creater summoned me, And now am above the sea. I went to the land of no return, Where delinquents get torments in turn. Where I shall groan and scream, For eternity,I wish its all a dream. This is my obituary, My body is lying in the peacefully mortuary, But the soul is suffering, What an irony, And now YOU! Are you writing a history of misery?, Will you be amongst the few? Or you possess an evil degree? Dont settle for less, Follow not the rest, You are on your own, If you want to make eternity your own. GK JAVAN....
