MY OPEN LETTER TO APPLE, TODAY. Dear Apple Support, It - TopicsExpress

MY OPEN LETTER TO APPLE, TODAY. Dear Apple Support, It appears that by purchasing just over $100 of your ITunes Store music this afternoon. I have created an international security scare of the worst kind. Citibank, with whom I have a credit card, rang me twice, in the past hour, to ensure that the purchase of music is legitimate. They seemed satisfied that I could repay the amount spent within a reasonable amount of time. There was an indication that I could even purchase more music if I wished. Now I find that you have blocked me from purchasing more music. I apologise for not knowing that there was a quota or restriction on the amount of music I could buy. Never for one second did I think that $100 of music was excessive and would create such a security scare with two large international organisations, simultaneously. Im not sure what to do now. Is this a 24 hour quota or could I commence purchasing more music after midnight tonight? Do you have only one unit of each song, which means others are being deprived by my bulk purchase? Perhaps you should have let me know when I bought my IPod this week. It is the only Apple item I own. Im now starting to think it is one item too many! This IPod took me 6 hours to set up when I purchased it and I pride myself on being IT savvy. (Why do need four email addresses for this IPod set-up and who has that many anyway?!) Ive also been battling with you for the whole week to refund the credit on an ITunes $50 voucher that seems to have just vanished into the ether. Just because I mistakenly put a wrong number an email address, which was quickly corrected. (You know, one of those four emails you require!). This now seems a major issue to get my money back to buy more music. (Within my quota of course!). I am in a lengthy process of trying to resolve this with you but there is no end in sight. I dont know all that much about your company but are you new to this and having teething problems? Perhaps I can be more understanding and patient if I knew this was the case. All these problems Im having seem unprecedented, with very complex solutions. I have ready cash to pay for this music as I won $118.27 on the horse races today and am fully employed. This weekend Im working two hours overtime, which is paid at $100 per hour. So my financial security and credit rating is sound. I am very grateful that Ive mostly bought easy to deal with Samsung products and employees all through this IT era. Im starting to believe the rumour and realise why Samsung paid you the $1 billion owing in five cent pieces. An explanation to all this would be appreciated. Is there any way I can on sell the music Ive bought so far? Because I intend to get a refund for my expensive IPod and go back to the comfortable and familiar Samsung products Yours sincerely Paul Girardi P.S. Im sorry that Ive wasted so much of my time dealing with you this week. P.P.S. This letter is going on Facebook and theres nothing you can do about it!! (Probably before you even get it). Furthermore I have 79 friends on FB!
