NEVER FORGET YOU As the sun still shines and the clouds still smile As the wind blows whispers I will never forget you As the moon still sings to the ocean and the waves are claim and still As the tide crosses the sand I will never forget you As the birds sing to the mountains and the dogs run free in the park As the lions roar in the jungle I will never forget you As I sit in my bed and I write this poem As the tears fall down my eyes I will never forget you For you were the sun shining bright; filled my life with happiness I loved you with all my might You whispered wise whispers in my ear that lets me know that your love will always be here As the sun sets and the day is over My tears have dried; I’m left standing here without you by my side As the moon rises, and wolfs howl As the whales sing their final song And lost hearts rest and find their way home I will never forget how you touched me, I will never forget how you loved me I will never forget how you taught me I will never forget you!
