MY POOR LITTLE DOG IS NAKED!!!! We dropped Kippy off at the groomers and his groomer wasnt back from lunch yet. I spoke with another groomer. She looked Kippys file up on the computer and asked if I wanted him to have the same cut as his last cut. I told her No. We keep Kippys hair long in the winter and short in the summer, so we wanted it left long. She said that she would enter the information into the computer for Kippys groomer. SHE DID NOT ENTER IN THE INFORMATION! I told her that I wanted Kippys nails clipped short and the hair on his paws cut short. I wanted his ears tipped with a Yorky face cut. (Though he is not a Yorky. Hes a Silky.) I wanted his bottom shaved and all of his hair left long for winter. I told the groomer that they did not need to bathe him because I had bathed him today and yesterday. I told them to only snip the very ends off of his long hair and to keep it extremely minimal because I wanted his hair long. This small bit of grooming would have cost very little. They handed me the bill before I saw Kippy and I couldnt understand why the bill was so much. It was because......THEY TOOK ALL OF MY DOGS HAIR OFF! The poor little fella is sitting under the covers on my bed and the only thing that he has sticking out is his head. It was not my groomers fault at all and she always does a great job. We love her because Kippy loves her and he will not bite her. He usually does bite other groomers. The fault was due to the first groomer that did not enter in Kippys information, so Kippy received his summer haircut and he is NAKED. Hell be wearing a sweater for awhile.
