MY SECOND HUMBLE PETITION AGAIN FOR FAIR JUSTICE TO LGs HELP DESK, ANDAMANS GRIEVANCE DETAILS STATUS : FILED CATEGORY : OTHERS SUB CATEGORY : INJUSTICE /INHUMANNE DESCRIPTION : Respected Sir, With due respect and honour I would like to thank you for admitting my complaint number 3921 dated 26.08.14. The same was forwarded to the concerned dept for reply and action before 25.9.14 by your goodself. In this regard, I would like to inform you that according to my complaint number 3921 and request, the matter has not be taken up appropriatelyu by the dept instead just reciprocated with the forged statement which was created by them according to rules by misuse and misconduct by the Authorities of the Institute. I had mentioned clearly in my complaint that all my claims and documents were presented as per rules for medical leave but they had been removed and forged by the authority as vengenace towards me so they can carry out the Government rules and formalities in respect of a unauthorised absentee from service. They had perfectly initiated all the formalities removing all my documents submitted since the applying for leave and finally till termination which was there decided motives through manipulation of authority, they were entrusted with for the good of the organisation and its employee they govern. Sir i am including the reply of the conncerned department to my complaint number 3921 which is just a replica of action which they did to remove me from service as per rule which is perfect as per norms. But my complaint to you was there stratergies they took against me by claiming non receipt of my documents before and after my termination which was commendably organised by the dept. Sir the reply of the department for my complaint 3921 which the they hadnt looked upon but a report of termination as a action to your office complaint forum............. Petitioner was appointed as Lab Technician in II Govt Polytechnic Pahargaon. He was absent from his duty for a period of 616 days with effect from the afternoon of 8.8.2005 to 16.04.2007 without sanction of any kind of leave by the Competent Authority or any intimation to this Institute. The Competent Authority published desertion notice in the Daily Telegram on 28.03.2006 despite of publication of desertion notice Petitioner did not report for duty. The Competent Authority appointed enquiry officer Vide office order No. 207 dated 2.9.2008 and office order No. 1186 dated 1.11.2010 to enquiry the charges framed against Petitioner. The enquiry officer conducted enquiry and submitted enquiry report on 29.11.2010. The Competent Authority had given one more opportunity to the Petitioner to submit representation of the penalty proposed but, no response was received from the Petitioner. Therefore , the Competent Authority in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Rule 11(Viii) of CCS Rules,1965 confirmed the penalty as proposed upon him by the inquiry report of Inquiry Officer and terminated the service of the Petitioner with effect from the date of his unauthorized absence i.e from 08.08.2005. Sir, is this a justified action by the concerned department to the complaint made to your goodself vide complaint number with no investigation in the matter of my claims of submitting all leave application, medical certificate, station leaving letter, replies given to letters during process of investigation, eight months treatment paper of Port Blair, claim for PF etc?. Sir I would once again inform you that the authority has misused his power and authority in this matter of my basic right to seek medical treatment in mainland due to certain non-availability of better health treatment which is a fact. The reply for all the inhuman act which was put forward as my complaint to you had not been investigated but the set and manipulated process of my termination is published in reply to my complaint to your esteemed office. SO AGAIN WITH A HUMBLE REQUEST TO MY EARLIER COMPLAINT NUMBER - 3921 DATED 26.08.14, I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO CONDUCT AN ENQUIRY FOR THE INJUSTICE DONE ON ME WITH MANIPULATED AND PERFECTED GOVT LEGAL ACTIVITY OF THE DEPARTMENT FOR MY SUSPENSION WITH A SET MOTIVE OF MY REMOVAL FOR THE BENEFIT OF SOME JUNIOR OF MINE SINCE I WAS THE SENIOR MOST IN SERVICE WHOM THEY COULDNOT AWARD HIM/HER FOR RENDERING ALL THERE ILLEGITIMATE DEMANDS. SIR IF DEMANDED BY YOUR GOOD SELF ONLY I WILL SEND SEVERAL COPIES OF THE APPLICATIONS, CERTIFICATES ETC WHICH I HAD MENTIONED IN MY LETTER TO YOUR GOODSELF WHICH THE INSTITUTE CLAIMS NOT HAVING RECEIVED DIRECTLY OR BY POST TOO BY WHICH ONLY THEY CAN DECLARE ME ABSCONDING AND TERMINATE ME AS PER RULES. DURING THIS PERIOD OF TIME IT WAS MEANINGLESS FOR ME TO APPEAR IN PERSON TO THEM FOR HEARING AS THEY HAD SET THE GOALS FOR MY DISMISSAL BY ANY MEANS WITH MISUSE OF AUTHORITY AND TO THE FACT THAT THEY CAN GO INHUMANE TO ANY EXTENT WHICH I UNDERWENT FOR MY EFFORTS OF 8 MONTHS IN MY BAD STATE OF HEALTH THEN TO GET MY LEAVE SANTIONED WITH VALID MEDICAL CETIFICATE IN WHICH THE DOCTER WAS THREATENED BY MY AUTHORITY AND MEDICAL FITNESS OF MINE TAKEN OVER PHONE FROM THE DOCTER WHICH IS RECORDED IN MY SERVICE BOOK AND NOW THAT TOO WOULD HAVE BEEN MANIPULATED AND REFRESHED. SO THERE WAS NO REASON TO APPROACH A ORGANISATION PRACTISING INJUSTICE WHEN THEY ARE IN THE FIELD OF NATION BUILDING AS EDUCATIONIST.
