MY SOLIDARITY MESSAGE TO GHANA GOVERNMENT & CITIZENS ....................................................................................................... Citizen: Ing Felix Atsu Ackuayi #RedFriday# #occupyflagstaffhouse# At the end of reading the Full Statement below Ghanaians should be able to digest the ff; 1. Hasnt Ghana gone wrong from Nkrumahs inspiring and Confident assertions to todays deprived,bankrupt and Failed State. 2. Hasnt Ghanaians been Architect of their own Failures because of the Types of Leaders We Choose or encourage to be impose upon us. 3. What Lessons we need to Learn from Those Countries like Malaysia & Singapore, which started advancing with Ghana, and South Africa, the Last Black Africa Country to Gain Independence from whom we Imporch so much. 4. Going Forward, how can our experience to Date, Shape the types of Leaders we Choose for our Future, so that we can indeed Capable of Managing Our Affair. Finally, 5. How can we Together help as Ghanaians to Now sort the Weeds from the Chaff in Our todays era of Governance. I Felix think, Kwame Nkrumah must be turning in His Grave because both He & Those who followed in as Ghanas Leaders filled us Spectacularly to prove his MANTRA that Blackman Indeed Capable of Managing his own Affairs. However, our Voluntary return to Neo-Colonialism cannot be blamed on Bad Leadership alone. Its also a reflection of our collective illusion that we can make things without Sweat & Toil which leads Ghanaians to choose Leaders who promise Us Manna from Heaven, ahead of Choosing those who extol us to tail our own Soils in other to Reap the Vamper Harvest of Economic Prosperity & Good Governance. As at Independence (1957), Ghanas per Capital Income was more than USD 600 whereas that of Malaysia who gained Independence the same year as Ghana did Stood as around USD 300. Today, Malaysia per Capital Worth is around USD 16, 000 whilst Ghanas harvest around USD 3,300. Now, the very foundation of our Nation State & Status are under the Shock of the ff; a) Electricity Supply System Collapsing b) Most people Get Portable Water Once a Week. c) Its in the same context you see expensive water produced used th Cars. d) Budget funded mainly by foreigners by Nailing about huge sums back in a year. d) We Manage to Over Spend Government Budget. We all, have to get Involve and Call for a CHANGE in our System of Governance.
