MY TESTIMONY: When I was at the age of 9, I remember moving to FARMERVILLE louisiana where my parents relocated us. It was our first trip to this NEW environment and first time moving to louisiana. I attended FMS (Farmerville Middle School) and one morning I got on the bus as I did the few weeks as usual... This day was different... The bus driver who was a city sheriff wasnt on the bus driving and thy had a sub... (Coach Cliff Roe) I sat down second to kast seat and they had an arguement next to me..( 2 white girls) Thinking for SOME REASON I was the cause of it he stops the bus and pulls over... Thinking he was going to deal with these girls I had no thought about his abrupt stop... He them looks directly at me and says, "You causing trouble in my bus NIGGER?" Coming from a proper scale environment upnorth I was not common to this word... I said nothing... Then he says, "Talking to you boy, I should throw you black ass out the window!" He then runs back to where I was siting and starts punching me throwing me to the ground stomoing and kicking me under the seat... He then throwa me from the last seat to the windshiekd breaking to ribs and cracking one ... When I got to the school I was so badly enjured I couldnt walk and was bleedig internally.. We TRIED ti sue him, the school board and the school for not taking action but suspended him... plus the sheriff (His brother) say they lost ALL evidence of XRays, Statements from kids ect?.. come to find out the fires the ONLY black woman working on my case and where paying off my lawer ect..? I TOOK 6 YEARS TO FIGHT A CASE WE COULDNT AFFORD THE MONEY and MENTAL ENERGY TO FIGHT! I pray to the family of Travon and ALL families witnessing racial profiling... From slaveship to owership we have accomplished so much as a Africian American race!!! Support the movement and STAND TOGETHER!!! I KNOW I WILL!!!! #TravonMartin
