MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE THROUGH OKITIPUPA ENVIRONMENT ON 28 NOV. - TopicsExpress

MY TRAVEL EXPERIENCE THROUGH OKITIPUPA ENVIRONMENT ON 28 NOV. Good morning distinquised Ladies and Gentlemen merry Xmas and happy / prosperous new year in advance. I sincerely hope that you will enjoy this very brief travel experience which I had on November 28 2014 while passing through Okitipupa Environments. On this date, I was moving behind God is Good motors all of a sudden ****...... I noticed that the God is good motor is trafficating to the left. Then I thought the driver was trying to pass through one way but instead he turned and was proceeding towards Benin direction. When I looked ahead, I noticed a terrible go slow ahead so I decided to follow the vehicle. Thus, 5meters towards Benin, he turned right and about 20meters later, he turned right. I followed him believing it would cut off the heavy go slow caused by ongoing road repairs. What I noticed first was that the Electric pole carried only 330kv but not 220v. I also noticed that the road was narrow and can only permit two cars at a time. The road probably was tarred during Chief Awolowo or during the Colonial Era. As we passed through this road, the branches from the trees were helping to scratch and decorate our cars like when children learn to draw on chalk boards. Oba aye ibo kin town I also noticed that most of the houses along this road were built with planks even some of the churches too. I saw a beauty saloon also built with plank. Apart from all other things which my eyes captured during this Israelite journey, I saw a school whose goal post was erected with bamboo trees and the fences were constructed using planks. During this terrible journey, I saw some youth corpers who helped us to clear the road enabling us to pass freely. Later on, there was 220v on the public electric poles, but after about 5-10 poles, these cables were on the deck for a very considerable length of this road and I wondered why? Does this mean that the people in these areas (Eyetoro , Oba Aye, and Ibokun Town)dont pay tax? Do they have a LGA? Do they have honourables from the National Assembly? Do they have a Governor? Regrettably, I noticed big shots with their retinue of police passing through this route on that day. Does this mean that politicians do not campaign in these areas? If all these questions are true, then there is need to resuscitate this road and the electricity of these poor masses. The bridge on this road can only contain one car at a time where you pass turn by turn. Please those who are from these areas mentioned should beckon on their political leaders to assist in tarring this road ASAP. These Ladies and Gentlemen were my travel escapades while travelling through Okitipupa Environments. Who said travelling is not a part of Education? If there was no go slow ,I would not have been able to know these towns/villages. May God forgive my pen. May God bless us all, may God bless Ondo state, may God bless Nigeria. Happy Xmas to every one on this planet and beyond.
