MYNTRA..Stoped my account and requesting to send all the products recevied before 25 days and holded my Rs6500+ DONOT BUY FROM MYNTRA. I have faced the dark side of Myntra like many others, I have been purchasing products since over 2 yearS a have been a very loyal customer to Myntra. Recently during the sale the products that i have ordered were not up to the mark , so I took the pain of returning the returning the stuffs to Myntra, having made full payment to the courier. Until recently, I while making purchases I was automatically logged out of my account and was unable to logback in. The cuustomer care executive on call informed that Myntra has chosen to Suspend my account access. Imagine I’m I am still not clear about the exact reason Myntra has suspended my account without any information to me. The RTI Act specifies that any merchant or Bank or institution must inform the customer before taking any action on their account. Myntra has certainly not followed the rules of RTI. Moreover my account has been locked with an available cashback of 6500 INR + existing and with returns yet to be refunded.. Now that I am NOT ABLE to view my account and my cashback or returns...as Myntra has suspended the account without any information to me even post suspending the account. The CC executive was unable to to answer my questions regarding my account suspension and was busy parroting away some irrelevant lines...finally the supervisor Ms. Naveen enlightened me with the news that my account has been suspended due to ”Unknown” reasons. How ”ethical” is ”unknown reasons ” a reason to be cited to a customer. That’s a violation of Right to information. Moreover 3 business days is the TAT for any department to contact me before they decide the reason ”why” my account was suspended. On further enquaries, I got to know from mr. naveen that Myntra has suspended my account as they feel that im “Misusing ” The Myntra My account was blocked without prior information with My money in it in the form of cashback and Myntra is quoting ME as unethical!!! I have been studying all possible cases against Myntra from various people who have suffered and is still suffering. My hard earned money is lying with Myntra and I am filing my case today demanding justice for me and the many others who is and have suffered. The inconvenience caused, the harassment, the unsurity was not promised when I has signed up for Myntra. These are hidden clauses that comes with the pacakge of being a loyal customer to Myntra. My login id : dundavalli@gmail has been blocked and I am unable to access my cashback or any account information. I have already demanded Myntra provides me the full cashback immediately and a note of apology for blocking my account without information to me. As Myntra has blocked my account I’m unable to provide any further infos. My USER ID : dundavalli@gmail is the only connection I have left.
